Was shopping with a friend for plus size and the shop assistants were amazing !!We couldn’t believe the incredible customer service particularly from the younger sales girl (unfortunately didn’t get her name) , beyond brilliant. It’s always a challenge for my friend shopping for dresses and they made the experience super enjoyable.She managed to get three great items. I recently visited the Guildford store as sadly the Horsham store has closed. I found the staff in Guildford to be very helpful kind and honest with their opinions! I was looking for a dress for a wedding I’m going to in September. After trying dresses on line and being disappointed I am so pleased to have found the perfect dress to wear called Agatha tapework dress in Berry, and luck would have it that they also had the same colour fasinator and in stock a pair of suede buckle shoes in antique rose (I have a pashmina in antique rose already) I did need to order a clutch bag to match and that came yesterday. I’m thrilled with my purchases and I’m sending a big thank you to the staff in Guildford

I visited the new Meadowhall store to return some items but also to ask for help to find an outfit for my stepdaughters wedding. Thank goodness for Cora, she was amazing, helpful, patient and such a credit to your company. I cannot praise her highly enough. I wish her well when she passes her A levels and moves away to Brighton. Thanks again Cora and good luck in your future endeavours

Lovely store & helpful staff. I had been looking for a facinator to match my dress for a wedding for months but could not find the right colour so was delighted to find one in Phase Eight store in Cheshire Oaks. The store had beautiful clothing & I was pleased to hear that they do plus sizes up to 24/26 & though I didnt have time to look through them on this occasion I will certainly return.
