I purchased over $1,200 in Pex materials, tubing, DWV parts, and tools and it arrived 2 days after placing the order. I was very pleased with my experience. The parts came in two large cardboard boxes and were mostly thrown into the boxes, but considering their hard plastic and metal composition, it doesn't damage them at all. As for my customer service experience. My order was missing two bags of pex elbows and a few adapters were 1/2" rather than 3/4". I assume this was due to my order containing well over 1,000 items. I called, had to call back multiple times as the phone sends you to voicemail after 2 1/2 minutes. Once I connected with a representative, she sent me all the replacement parts within 5 minutes and sent me a return label to return the incorrect items I had received. I WILL BE USING PEXUNIVERSE.COM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE!

I ordered from Pex Universe 3-4 times and needed a large amount of plumbing supplies on Friday afternoon at 2:30 PM. They said it would take about a week but the order came Saturday morning. I would say that is great service! I worried when I saw other reviews but I believe they are a very good company. I will definitely use this company again and 5 stars isn't even enough.

I have installed PEX for radiant heating twice using Pex Universe. I have always received prompt shipping and never had a problem. Their prices are excellent.
