Petsnowy – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Shipping in the website says 1-4 business days after order placed the product will ship. I ordered 2 auto feeders on the 26th of February and some accessories. March 8th it still hadn't shipped, so I emailed them. The next day I get shipping info and the email stated they'd expedite the shipping. It's March 18th, and my products still have not arrived, and these are not cheap products. I will not be ordering from this company again.

I ordered the pet snowy and never received confirmation. I checked my credit card and payment had processed. I went on the snowy site and it was showing no orders. Contacted customer support and they said they had no order from me yet they charged my credit card.

Je possède presque tous les appareils de chez Petsnowy (litière, fontaine, gamelle) et après plus d'1 ans d'utilisation je suis globalement très satisfaite de ces produits. J'ai essayé par le passé différentes marques, mais celle-ci est de loin la meilleure, les matériaux utilisés sont réellement de bonne facture. J'habite en Europe (France/Suisse) et la livraison s'est toujours parfaitement déroulée et de manière rapide. Aujourd'hui, je rencontre un problème avec la fontaine (ne fonctionne plus en étant branchée sur secteur), j'ai reçu une réponse formidable du SAV après quelques heures seulement. Vous pouvez faire confiance à cette compagnie.

I had hesitated for months. But we bit the bullet hoping our Bengals would use it. And whilst we adhered to the adjustment period, they just didn't like it. A real shame as one cat started using it but then starting peeing in the entryway. After finding a poop at the backdoor we decided to call it quits. And I have to say the whole way petsnowy was excellent, gave us tips. But at the point when I said I'd like a refund they said sure. No quabbles. I cleaned thoroughly they ordered a collection despite their website saying you organise it. And they paid me in full within 4 days for collection. I highly recommend them, for the cats who will use it, it's an excellent bit of kit. Try it, it might just work for your furry friends, and if it does it will be life changing! Meanwhile I go back to my scooping life.

Bought the Petsnowy water fountain and litter robot. The litter robot is excellent- only criticism is the reliance on the relatively expensive Petsnowy bags but the convenience is worth it. The pump broke on the fountain and a speedy replacement was sent. Great customer service.
