Great support team...listens to my needs and always friendly

The Stillwater MN store is always so clean. The animals and fish are healthy (I've never seen a dead or sick fish in the tanks) and the people who work there are so friendly and helpful. It is by far the nicest Petco I have ever been in

We recently adopted a dog from the Humane Society. She is a great dog, she is 3 years old and had spent 9 months in 2 different shelters. She had some issues with behavior. She pulled while on leash, she chewed things at home. We decided to get some training. We have been working with Georgia at Petco in positive training. Georgia has helped us get better leash control, she has helped us better understand that not knowing our girls backstory doesn't mean she will always be troubled. We will be going back for 6 weeks for further training. This has been the best experience!
