I’ve emailed them 3 times in the last few weeks as my order for my formal dress had never updated from shipped after 3 weeks. They never responded to my emails but I eventually used the chat on website and they informed me it was lost in transit (which was annoying that I had emailed multiple times and my formal is only 2 weeks away). HOWEVER, they were easily willing to reship my order with express shipping at no extra charge to me. So overall I am happy with the resolution.

I boutht he Arabella Twist Shoulder Mini Dress in Red, size 10, and love the fabric. Love it but size up to be safe. Also a fan of their Starbeam Sunglasses, which I wear while driving.

I had a couple of little hiccups with a parcel going missing but the customer service team were amazing! It was a bit of back and forth between myself, peppermayo and the courier company but the team were so understanding- they even got a new package to me in NZ within two days for an event. I don’t do much online shopping but am so impressed with the correspondence I’ve had with everyone at PM. Thank you all!
