Cindy, a long time associate at the Orillia location was knowledgeable, patient, humorous, and just the right amount of honest. Her support was so appreciated and made a stressful experience joyful. I was into Penningstons store 155 McAllister Drive on May 14/2022. The staff has a "WOW" Factor for customer service from the moment walk into the store until leaving very knowledgeable and helpful! The store is well organized and lots of all sizes except you could use more X in something! Thank you for a pleasant experience.

I would've gave it 5 stars but I have to complain about the boring clothes they are now carrying. Before they use to carry fashionble clothes . I miss the MXM brand from back in the days, and the youthful/ young aldult clothes that they use to carry. The only thing I buy now from Penningtons are their Bootcut Jeans, I know my size, and never have to worry about the fit. If I'm lucky, once in a while, I'll find a top that I like. I mostly wear Babydoll tops, or tops that flare, as it's very flattering for my figure, and makes feel and look awesome. They need to up their stock with fashionable, quality material, size 6X clothes, expecially bath robes. Over the past 4 years, I've been ordering online since I know my size in thier jeans, They tend to have sales every now and then on their jeans, so I ensure to buy a lot. Their D/C jeans are of VERY good quality and last me for many years. To be honest, I never had yet to replace any of thier D/C brand jeans. Other brand jeans that I had bought from them a long time ago, the color faded, and crotch part gets a hole, the quality was horrible. As for their tops, it's a hit or miss, it's either too fitted, or short. Ordering online is a breeze. Shipping is amazing and always fast. I will continue to order online, as getting to the store is not as convient for me anymore, since the store was moved. I now have to walk almost 3 blocks as it's now located in a Smart Centre and I have to walk across a huge parking lot.
