PEACOCKS – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I’ve been going to the store in Shirley for a while now. I’ve never been disappointed with the service from the staff. Nothing is too much trouble they are always helpful, polite and cheerful.

Shirley Solihull Branch, were helpful and assisted me in looking for something, which helped me make my purchases. Not the case in all their stores, Kings Heath is hit and miss, sometimes superhelpful but occasionally not!

Went into my Eltham one first thing Saturday. Randomly finding what I needed. Lady with blonde hair gave me some info and advised me on the padding. And then the lady who served me was really lovely. Great customer service. Think many have to remember we still have shops like this on doorstep.

I just want to acknowledge how good the sales assistants are in Shirley, Solihull. Always friendly, pleasant and very helpful. Consistently good service from everyone there. Too often people only make negative comments, and that's fair enough if you are genuinely dissatisfied with something, but it's also important to give positive feedback. Life's difficult enough.

Have just received my first online shop from Peacocks. Very easy to order and received my order within 3 days. Happy with everything I received and will definitely use them again.
