P.E NATION – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I recently purchased a sweater from P.E Nation during their sale, thinking I was buying from their UK site, only to later find out it shipped from the US. When I decided to return it within the 14-day window, as per UK consumer law, I expected a refund. However, P.E Nation is refusing to issue one, stating they will only provide store credit. What’s worse, I assumed I’d be able to return it to a UK address, but instead, I have to ship it back to the US at my own expense. They won’t cover return shipping or provide a prepaid return label. This is incredibly misleading to consumers, as nowhere was it made clear that returns would need to be sent internationally. There should be a law against this kind of practice, it’s unfair and deceptive. I wouldn’t recommend shopping with them. Their returns policy is misleading, and their customer service is unhelpful when it comes to resolving the issue fairly. I think that they need to be investigated as it could be an unfair contract term under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I feel that i should report P.E Nation to Trading Standards or the ombudsman. Can I give no stars? No customer care at all. I cannot progress a return and cannot get a response from this business.

I have purchased sport shorts and a casual shirt. These products are really cool, great style and color and the quality of materials also, but the sizing tends to run small and the information on the website is contradictory. I was consulting their size chart before purchasing, and my body parameters were confirming to the size Small according to this size chart but when I have received my order I have understood that the items are really tight for me and it creates a little bit of a discomfort for me while wearing so I should have been ordering size Medium instead. Everything was ok with delivery.
