Had a problem with my Lowa boots leaking. A free returns label was sent to me. A week or so later was offered a new pair of boots or a refund. Molly in customer services was especially helpful. You don't really know what a company is like until you have a problem. Patrol store were excellent on this occasion.

My favourite supplier online of military duty type service boots. Always great offers, and amazing selection of kit. I get my patrol boot socks here too, as they're pound a pair cheaper than elsewhere. And I'm a happy returning customer, as have put in a few orders over the last past years. Mostly for boots. Magnums and Grafters makes for the most part. Also good offers there on Kombat UK brand. Great sales lines too like the tactical flashlight set, that I got this time around as well. (On picking extra ordered offers items, it basically gives you greater value for money with your postage and packing/shipping charge paid I feel.)

I am very happy with the service, excellent contact with the seller. I have ordered Lowa Combat GTX Black and sizing was all okay, if someone has a problem with sizing just please measure your foot and check with measurements provided by manufacturer on their website. Happy to deal with Patrol Store again.

Hi Tech Boots- Just two days ago I’ve bought and started to wear my Magnum Viper Pro 5 boot from Patrol store, I can’t tell that how comforts are breathable amazing, I can’t feel I have boots on my foot very lightweight and comfortable. I Always want to keep on my foot.
