ParlourX – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

BEWARE!!!!! Ordering online with these. I ordered a pair of trainers from there & when they arrived, it looked as though one of them had been on display for a long time, due to the black being faded considerably. After complaining about this, they could see nothing wrong with them, even sending a photo of what they sent me, even though 1 looked really black & the other practically grey. They refused to send replacements & expected me to pay for me to ship them back out to them, £35 ($75Au) after I already paid it once to have them, to have my refund. They seriously thought that this was acceptable & wouldn't help me whatsoever. I wish I could have given them a minus star!!!!!!!

One of my favourite stores to shop at. I love their range and collection. Amazing customer service - such a friendly and energetic team!
