Stayed at Park Plaza Westminster. Loved every minute of it Staff Was friendly and helpful, check in Was fast, Got upgraded to a better room for a small amount. Loved how we stepped out and immediately had the view to Westminster and Big Ben Definitely wanna come back there later

10 starts if I could for my stay at park plaza riverbank, everything exceeded my expectations. I also want to give a special mention to the receptionist Halina who provided an exceptional checking in service, as she really went above and beyond to sort out my room as I accidentally booked the wrong type of room for my stay. I will definitely be back soon

Park Plaza Westminster Bridge, London I would like to specifically mention and thank Renee Douglas for her outstanding customer service to assist me with free upgrade to Studio room this morning. This has enabled my son to join me on my already booked trip to St Pauls Covid 19 memorial. Her kindness and professionalism went above and beyond to accommodate our change and the fact that she was able to do this quickly over the telephone, thus removing all undue anxiety was a credit to her and the company in general. We always use this hotel on our visits and although very rarely leave reviews, felt compelled to acknowledge her and the hotel in general for their outstanding customer service on this occasion.
