Had a terrible time returning some goods. However through perseverance all turned out well and once I had the right company they were prompt and efficient. Still don't understand why a company with a different name Emailed me to say my goods would be collected next day!?

Pick. Up on time. Also delivery. No problems. All went smoothly

Easy to compare prices and buy my delivery option. Lost a star as I didn't receive prompt delivery info and had to ring the recipient to check my parcel had arrived in time as tracking didn't update for many hours after delivery

Picked up with no issue, courier friendly and helpful. Dropped off quicker than thought, haven't been told there was any issues with that, so all good. Cheaper that other options too 😊
