Plus: - Last minute free hotel change to the ibis budget hotel close to Manchester City stadium, instead of the one close to Old Trafford; - Ibis budget hotel is more than fine for 1 night and breakfast was good too; - Most important of the trip: the seats were excellent (enough space around your feet too). Easy access to the stadium; For improvement: - Clearly communicate on the website if games are subject to change because of, in this case, the FA Cup. We now had to cancel our flights because the game was postponed to midweek May; - I receive multiple e-mails a week from P1 travel about buying new tickets. Be more aware of your clients buyer journey with e-mail marketing. I would rather receive e-mails about where to lunch in Manchester, how to get to Old Trafford and do a stadium tour, how to get to the Etihad stadium, where to go for a pre match pint etc. This review mail was also sent to me while we were still in Manchester and had not yet seen the game (too early to give a review). Small improvements but besides that we had an excellent trip, thanks for the amazing seats!

Newcastle was a fantastic experience. What an atmosphere! We had tickets including the lounge.

Goede service en kwaliteit is echt aanrader. Al je vragen worden heel snel beantwoord. Ik zal zeker weer een ticket bij P1 travel reserveren. Ik had zelf een categorie 1 ticket, en had een zit plek op de eerste rij, bij de wedstrijd Real Madrid - Almeria, geweldige ervaring. Dank jullie wel!

De procedure om tickets te kopen is gemakkelijk. De voorwaarden zijn duidelijk. Het is altijd een risico wanneer de wedstrijddatum nog niet bevestigt is. Deze voorwaarden zijn aan het begin al duidelijk De tickets kwamen 24 uur voor aanvang. Dat voelde wel la erg laat. Maar een mail naar de klantenservice daarover werd snel beantwoord
