Great service before buying the oxygen concentrator. However I needed a warranty repair and they kept saying they'd send me a shipping label. After weeks of going around and around, they never sent one and now aren't taking my calls. The manufacturer got me someone closer to where I live for the repair, otherwise I'd still be waiting!

I purchased an oxygen concentrator from this company last year. Within a few months, it stopped working. I sent it in for warranty repair January of this year. I have been calling every month since, and they cannot tell me when it will be ready. I have been renting a unit in the meantime. If I'd have known it was going to take this long, I would have just bought anew one from somewhere else. Now I'm out the price of 2 units and have nothing. Buyer Beware!
