I am Louth based in Lincolnshire, & I am going to STAND up for oxfam as a charity shop, I have been volunteering there for some time, once you get a bad review, no one doesn't want to go in to that stop again or any oxfam shops. If you was to come to the Lincolnshire shops we are more polite, please give us a 2nd chance as a charity. The pricing depends on the make of the items that is why it could be expensive, just ask a volunteer, & by law all tickets should be kept on the item if returning but sometimes we ( the volunteers) can use our discretion & give you refund. Hope this helps you all

Great shops, great charity. If you're complaining stuff is 'overpriced' just remember spending where the extra quid is going. The fact OXFAM have bad reviews but every company i've ever sat on hold for 3 hours with have 5 stars... Something fishy goin on with how these companies manufacture trustpilot reviews.
