Own Your Goals (OYG) – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

My ‘Own your goals account’ now has a ‘cancel subscription button’ - on the homepage when logged on, I click on the 3 vertical dots on top right of page, then click on ‘account’, then you can click ‘cancel subscription’ button on bottom right of page. However, I have no plans to cancel - it’s been brilliant for me. I work irregular hours from home, and need low impact workouts. From the workout bank I choose the duration and type of workout I want, and intensity level. The menopause section of the site is something I’ve found really useful, as I realised I didn’t have enough weight bearing/resistance workouts. I usually do five 30-minute sessions a week, so its really good value for me.

I don’t have any negatives with this app. I pay yearly and even then it isn’t expensive compared to other apps and it’s got so much on it. I always work through challenges so I never have to think about what I’m doing and next and every now and then I will add some yoga for stretching. There are always plenty of easy and more difficult options, so there is plenty for everyone. I can’t find one fault, and I’ve lost weight and got fitter. Thank team ❤️

Absolutely love own your goals. I struggle with repetitive times and days of commiting to a gym and have found myself pinging from one thing to another and needed something that I could do on demand when I wanted. I came across OYG last July and I have been using it ever since its even helped me keep to the one regular HiTTs class at my local yoga centre that i did love as I am able to bolster that with OYG to make up my 4 work outs a week. I love the fact you can dip in and out from a myriad of work outs I have a couple of trainers I really like and they have taken me on a journey into weights HITTs which I am loving. I also like to have a bit of fun so one day a week I a pick a random workout. I used the desk top version rather than app and blue tooth to speakers for sound. Never had a problem....there are so many options to choose from and yes there are varying degrees of sound quality but I see that as progress as the trainers and the site have evolved over time never been a blocker and some of my favourite workouts are from a few years ago. I love that there are always new things to try but also use love going back to my favs. I love the new favourite feature so I have built up my own personal bank of workouts. The strictly dance up,odds were great and add to the fun...and I think that what I love, this site made me love getting fit again with a laugh and a smile. I can see my experience is different to some of the reviews here so I cannot comment on that but what I can say its works for me and is fabulous value for money so it gets 5 stars from me.

I love this app. I gave up the gym and now only do OYG. Great value for money at £9.99 a month. Lots of different trainers, types of workouts and different endurance levels. I especially love the challenges and like that you can tick off your workouts. There is nutritional advice amongst lots of other information. I have always been a huge Davina fitness fan and used to do her DVD’s when I had young kids. The results are brilliant if you dedicate to it. It’s a game changer.

I enjoy the variety of trainers and types of exercise, the different challenges provide a helpful structure to mix in with normal exercise. Though working out at home, the energy and friendliness of the trainers makes it feel like a class, and there are also reminders of maintaining form throughout which is an important element as well as enjoyment. There are also articles and recipes section so a wide variety of resource for a good price.
