My experience was great. The item was reduced to an excellent price and it arrived within the 3-5 working day timeframe.

I've got my coat at excellent price. It took a bit longer for the order to be processed(to compare with Amazon or other clothing outlets) but it was worth the wait. I have contacted the customer service while waiting to make sure my order had come through and received a prompt response.

Ordered a couple of baseball caps which arrived promptly and well packaged, both caps were perfect and exactly as described with all tags etc attached, I notice a lot of bad reviews for this company but in my experience it was a 5 star purchase and service
