OOFOS – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I had a wonderful experience with Oofos! I spoke with Hayley in Customer Service about my problem and recieved a new pair of shoes in 3 days or 4 days! Oofos are great. Their sandals are the only shoes I will wear now. Comfortable and backed up by their company...can't get better than that!!

I love OOFOS. I have 2 pair of shoes, one pair of sandals and continue to keep an eye out for my next pair. I have severe plantar fasciitis in both of my feet and due to this, my foot wear is very restricted. I have only found 2 brands of shoes that work for me. One hard sole brand and OOFOS. I wear OOFOS as a tennis shoe. I walk, run on the treadmill and hike in these shoes. I wish OOFOS would make a hiking shoe with a firmer bottom and ankle support. The shoes are pricey, but the comfort is worth it.

Customer Service one of best I have ever run across from a serious online shopper. Ordered 4 pairs for holiday gift giving. Received wrong styles, sizes - looked like order mix up. Their Customer Service was amazing, spoke to real person with ease of a number to call prominently posted. Taken care of immediately with no effort on me, the customer’s part. Highly recommend not only because of the product but the value they have for the Customer!

Never received shoes, tracking only to USA and have not been able to reach mfg. as they are in China. This company is not very consumer friendly. The long shipping time means when shipment is lost or delayed it could take a long time and cause problems with returns. When I saw shipped direct from China, should have been a red flag! Finally! The shoes came and were great, within an hour my foot pain was gone, like magic. The wait was bad but worth it. usa

I bought my first pair of Oofos about a year ago. I'm a floor nurse that works 3 12hour shifts. My lower back hurt all the time and the bottom of my feet hurt so bad I could barely walk in the morning. I saw another nurse wearing a pair and inquired her opinion- she couldn't stop bragging. I bought a pair and proceeded to buy two more. For almost a year, that was the only shoe I wore. I love this shoe so much, I talked my parents, brother and daughter into wearing them. Though not completely resolved, my back and foot pain are greatly reduced without the need of medical intervention. In addition, I was sent by a podiatrist to have my feet fitted with inserts that cost twice as much as the Oofos and after a month I was in more pain. My only criticism is the sizing between the different style of the shoes and the construction. The Low Shoe is a perfect fit, absolutely no complaints. The eeZee Low is snugger and the seam where the sole of the shoe adheres to the foot covering rub on your toes. I noticed it more on the white shoes than the black shoes. Overall, completely sold on this shoe. Best money I ever spent.
