I have the double cat feeder that I found on Amazon from this brand, so I ordered the single automatic cat feeder and water fountain combo. At first, I was only sent the water fountain after several days of waiting for the packages to arrive. I was frustrated, but Lash and Andrea from OneIsAll support gave exceptional customer service by listening to my concerns, advising me of next steps to take, and were able to get the feeder sent to me. They even threw in some additional filters for the inconvenience, which was very nice. My cats love the water fountain and the feeder. These two products make our lives so much easier.

This Pet Vacuum is awesome! My dog loves when I use it on him. I was missing the clippers, but Andrea with customer service made sure I received it. They are a great company to do business with!

Andrea made solving the issue so easy!! I ordered the Oneisall Pet Grooming Vacuum. One of the tools arrived damaged. Andrea resolved the issue very quickly. A replacement was sent to me right away. Best customer service experience I’ve had in a very long time!

Andrea, was very helpful and made our experience easy. We bought the Oneisall grooming kit and the smallest clipper guard broke the 2nd time we used it. I contacted customer service and they sent the entire set. We appreciate the quick service!

I ordered the pet fountain and from looking at the assembly instructions thought I had a missing part and emailed for help. They showed me a photo of an updated version of the fountain ( which I actually was shipped) that did nor require the piece in question. They thanked me for pointing out to them they had sent the incorrect manual. Andrea apologized fro the misunderstanding and sent me a courtesy shipment of filters for the mix up. Than you Andrea for going above and beyond on this matter. My pets love the fresh water.
