App crashed within 90 seconds every time I open it

If you are happy to have a company insult your intelligence, look no further! Anyone willing to spend good money with a company that distances itself so much from customer is a fool (there is only one reason a company would do this: Because they don't care about you or want to hear your complaint - And this includes this very site) To underline that: See below where you can tick a box to let OMsystem know about your review? They're very keen to sell you a camera but if you need to get a warranty repair it is totally IMPOSSIBLE to call this company. I bought a TG6 from Curry's online in January this year, the camera developed a problem and I'm trying to get it repaired or replaced under warranty. Neither Curry's not OMsystems are interested in helping. You can fill out the online form on the OMsystem website but you won't geet a reply and there is NO UK ohone number listed anywhere. Time to take the company to court as far as I'm concerned, last time I EVER buy anything from either Curry's online or OM systems

I ordered and paid for a lens for my camera. They confirmed the order but didn't send the promised tracking number. After repeated requests they first send an inoperable tracking code. They eventually did send a tracking number ... showing UPS delivering to the wrong address and having already tried twice were returning it to OM. OM then asked me to confirm the address for them to re-deliver, which I did. I can only assume the customer services team were over-ruled by management because the following day they suddenly announced they were not going to deliver my order and would - eventually - refund my money ... but only after their courier delivered their lens back to their head office. Currently they have my money and the lens. They are not responding to my latest emails. This contempt for customers is no way for a reputable camera manufacturer to behave. There is clearly a problem with the culture of the company.
