OKAI – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

We bought 10 pieces of es600 sharing scooters from German warehouse for sharing bussines . In first year of operation all scooters stopped working . We have support group on wechat but all members of this group said no-one is working for okai anymore . So we tried to reach support on official email support eu . Where we also get no asnwer after 3 months issues has not been solved . I can say okai product are not good quality and i can say support is not even horrible . There is no support . We spend about 11.000€ in their vehicles and now all scooters we can throw to trash . We lost money and we get no feedback from support . For all operators i prefer DO NOT WORK WITH OKAI !!!!!

Top Scooter zum angemessenen Preis. Es gibt immer wieder Innovationen sei’s im Sharing oder auch im Consumer Bereich und die Qualität der Produkte ist eigentlich immer gleich bleibend gut.

Super Produkt (Neon), top verarbeitet, schnell zusammen gebaut, sind ja nur 2 Schrauben. Und sehr flott geliefert. Teilweise schneller als Produkte von A...Shop! Bin begeistert. Einzig die App könnte eine etwas bessere Deutschübersetzung haben. Man kennt sich aber dennoch aus.
