Ordered a TV stand and matching coffee table, both exceeded my expectations. Outstanding craftsmanship and really helpful customer service. From placing the order to the delivery arriving quicker than advertised and came really well packed. Will be ordering again.

Very happy with my order. Looks great in my living room. Only issue was with the delivery but that was parcel forces fault. Would be good to have the option of different delivery companies.

Having ordered a coat rack over 12 months ago, one of the hooks got damaged. I contacted Off the Grain to see if I could purchase a new one & they’re kindly sending me one free of charge. Excellent customer service.

Ordered a coffee table it arrived promptly in less than 2 weeks.Delighted with table it's a lovely and well made quality product..however the delivery company DPD had dropped something on top making two dents and bashed the side making a dent.. hopefully I ll get some wax of same colour to cover it and I ve put a coaster over the one on the top.shame they weren't more careful but I noticed there van was packed to the hilt..
