I would like to commend Jinnit for his professional customer service, for spending time with us and giving us the solution we wanted. My experience with Office Works has been average, to date. The customer service provided by Jinit could potentially be more consistently applied to all of the sales team.

Shirly from Officeworks Penrith was incredibly helpful when there was an issue with an unsuccessful delivery. Excellent customer service skills and greatly appreciated her efforts to go above and beyond. She made me smile all day.

On Thursday 21st January 2016 I went to the Nunawading Store with Kamila and I purchased an Energizer Rechargeable AA Batteries 4 Pack for $21.99 and an Energizer Rechargeable AAA Batteries 4 Pack for $24.97 so I could use them in the Energiser Pro Battery Charger.

On Sunday 24th April 2022 I purchased a PPS Bubblewrap 300mm x 50m for $39.76 so I could wrap things I sell on eBay to protect them. The lady from customer service was kind to me because on Monday 2nd May 2022 she refunded me the full amount since the Bubblewrap was too big.
