Smooth and efficient process

Cons. Desk was larger than dimensions advertised. Wrong instructions sent for desk assembly. Chair arms not good and needed to be replaced. Pros. Mia went all out to resolve the issues as fast as possible and even helped with making sure i had all i needed. Sent two new arms so the chair was safe and could be used. Aftersales service and support was better than competitors too. Thanks Mia!!

I ordered a desk which did not arrive within the expected timeframe. Having paid an exorbitant £115 for delivery to NI I was expecting it to be airlifted direct to my house within an hour of purchase, instead it took 3 weeks. Ok I didn't expect to receive it so quickly but the delivery cost did sting, I just didn't have any other options to get the desk I wanted. Anyway, I was in contact with Office Monster's customer service about the delivery delay and Mia was extremely helpful, chasing up the order and updating me a few times without me having to ask for an update. When the desk did arrive the delivery guys offered to assemble it even though I hadn't paid for that service as they had some time to spare before their next planned delivery. This wasn't done because I'd waited so long for delivery, they just offered that because they could. So overall although I wasn't happy about delivery cost and how long it took, the customer service was excellent and I'm pleased with the actual desk that I purchased.
