Ocado – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I used Ocado for the very 1st time last night and I wasn’t disappointed. It was very easy to find everything I needed; I also like that they sell M&S products too! They delivered everything I brought, and I loved that the driver was such a sweet man, he kept me updated, even apologised for being a bit late. Thank you Ocado! I will be back Oh I also got a free gift as a 1st time user, which was probably my favourite bit!

I’ve only just started using Ocado, had two orders and I’m really impressed with the quality and consistency. Both drivers have been excellent and helpful. I must have been lucky each order has had no substitutes and I like the delivery slots offered. My orders have so far arrived either early or on time and within the time slot allocated. The food choices are great, no short dated products and the produce provided is tasty, fresh and delicious. I’d like to say thank you to the team at Ocado, from start to finish. Working in retail is hard and we are all bad at pointing out the flaws but not enough good, supporting, pleasant messages where needed. I will certainly be ordering again….

Fantastic service & amazing food quality. Originally thought they would be really expensive alternative but after using Tesco & Asda and finding the food quality really poor the food we get here we cannot fault. Great dates on them as well, can’t fault them if I could give 10 stars I would. Will be telling everyone to use

Really happy with our Ocado deliveries. Having moved to a rural location we found that most the supermarkets stock levels were dire and orders were delivered with so many missing items and substitutes. Sometimes deliveries that were booked would not even turn up. Started using Ocado and have been with them for a few months now. Rarely has there been anything out of stock or substituted. The drivers are always on time, polite, friendly and helpful. The stock selection is vast and always plenty of good offers and sales. So pleased, if I could rate them higher I would.

I wouldn’t shop anywhere else. Food is always fresh and I haven’t had any substitutes so far! Their drivers are friendly and always on time. Also their customer service is amazing!
