I have nothing but praise for Karen and Matthew. I found the sideboard I ordered online at a cheaper price, let them know, no problem, no quibbles , refunded next day! This was accompanied by a friendly e mail. This pattern has continued, communicating at regular intervals without me chasing and keeping me updated to this point on the cusp of delivery. Couriers communicated as promised, item is to be delivered on the day expected. If it is as good a product as the customer service has been I will be delighted.. I am confident it will be. Well done to you. I wonder if the negative reviews recently was a blip because the last few like mine is so positive.

Placed an order in April. Read countless negative reviews and was genuinely concerned that I’d never get my outdoor furniture on the approx delivery dates that were on their website when ordering. Even left a somewhat neutral feedback worrying I may need to do a chargeback….. that said, the outdoor furniture got delivered last week, all pieces delivered, no damages etc. genuinely happy with this company and happy to recommend. Obviously there was some slight issues surrounding communications but after chasing got there in the end and was then kept updated on my order

Had a problem with a new garden chair, part of a set. I emailed & got a reply back from April who sorted it & arranged delivery of a replacement. Matthew also replied to a question I had. Both April & Matthew sorted the problem quickly & efficiently & sent very polite emails.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. I bought some garden furniture several years ago from Oak Furniture House and, recently, had broken a glass table top. Within 48 hours of contacting the company I had not only received an acknowledgement but had taken delivery of the replacement glass. I am very grateful to Oak Furniture House and, indeed, their glass supplier for such prompt and outstanding responses.
