Do not order from them if you have the expectation you can just ship it back. Most companies provide FREE RETURN SHIPPING for their products because they are confident in what they are selling to you. I bought their flat iron on a whim because it was "on sale".. it was expensive! And defective.. even though they told me it was designed to have a gap between the plates.. ya okay. That's when I found out they refuse to pay for return shipping. I'm sorry I'm not paying 12-20 dollars to return your less then mediocre overpriced hair tool. So stubborn me opened a case on Paypal for a full refund and reported them to the BBB. I can't say much about any of their other products however because this was the first and last purchase I will ever make with them. I let them know I was opening a report against them. They replied condescendingly, "We respect your decision".

I’ve had several problems with my NuMe Octowand base. Each time I contact customer service, they’re extremely helpful and send me a new base at little to no cost.

I used to get their shampoo and conditioner from Kohls and haven't been able to find it and found their website. I'm glad I did I love their shampoo. I gave 5 stars because I also just got their hair serum which didn't show up with my order but the same day I got the order I emailed them and they fixed it. It's already being shipped out today. Hopefully their hair serum is as good as their shampoo I'm excited to try it.
