I love this equipment! Easy to assemble with clear instructions and I jumped on as soon as it was up and running! Smooth, well built and solid. I love the ifit app and find this is the best thing about this actually, the cheerful vibe, world views and cheerleading sets me up super well for the day

Excellent bike

Absolute rubbish. Spent over 2800 euros spent on a Commercial 2450 treadmill for my home in 2021. Since then have had to replace the motor twice (first time was after less than a year so warranty covered it), the electronics board once, the deck once (cracked straight down the middle), the belt once. Now the iFit display unit has gone on the blink and will not boot. Have tried to factory reset multiple times and it failed mid boot. The sales company couldn't find my sales order when I went back to them but On a more positive note; the local approved repair company for Nordictrack is excellent and have always been very responsive but I'm sick of paying so much for this unit.
