I still haven't received my package and it's been a month since I ordered, it says it has been delivered but customer service does nothing

Really disappointed and won't be using again! Had a nightmare returning £100 worth of items and now I'm told they haven't been received so am going to have to pay for items I don't even have. Getting no response on the online chat and no other way of getting through.

Hallo, ich hab vor 2 Tage was für meine Frau bestellt. Ich hab nicht mahl ein Bestätigung e-mail bekommen. Ich hab an das Kundendienst geschrieben, leider auch kein Antwort. UPDATE: Die bestellung ist eingetrofen. Die Jacke ist wie beschrieben und die Qualität ist auch super. Leider lass ich meine bewertung nur mit 4 Sterne da ich auch biss heut zu tage kein Bestätigung bekommen habe. Auch zu meinen Ticket wurde nicht geantwortet. Nur hie sehe ich gab es eine reaktion.
