Very expensive chairs but not great quality, so far I have had two sets of arms rests due to broken mechanisms, one new seat base due to metal wire poking through the leather and cutting my leg. One failed seat damper. Now the replacement seat base has cracked on the edge, which looks like plastic to me and not leather. Of course it's out of the two year warranty. Very disappointed.
