Nextbase – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I reported a persistent problem with the adhesive attachment for my dash-cam. Nextbase arranged for an alternative method of attachment to be posted at no cost to me. Can’t ask for more.

First thank you Erin for your help. Finest customer care I've come across, Returned my call twice, then came up with the goods I needed to get me up and running again, if you're looking for a dashcam or accessories this is the place.

Generally found the website fairly easy to use. Only problem was trying to put my address on the order form,not very easy but apart from that all was ok.

Love the Nextbase dashcam but adhesive pads for front camera mount aren't fit for purpose in summer months as the sun causes them to fail. Tried to order new adhesive pads from Nextbase but they are unsurprisingly 'out of stock'. Strange as these are 3m products which are usually spot on.

Brought a nextbase 222x dashcam with rear facing module and hard wiring kit All has been great! I didn’t need WiFi and all the other bits so went for this as an entry level system. Pleased to report its exceeded my expectations and is really great value. Nextbase customer services have also been great as I needed a micro2 fuse tap for the hardwire kit which was supplied quickly and free of charge.
