My dashcam fell off the windscreen about half a dozen times, on inspection of the suction mount it was clear that it had broken away. I contacted Nextbase to report the issues, I have to say the response was very prompt and I was sent another suction mount in the post. Full marks to Richard, outstanding service.

Have Nextbase cameras in 3 family cars and all are excellent. Range of models and options is good as is availability, never had any issues technically. The only time ice spoken to them for support was when the sticky pad holding camera to windscreen failed in hot weather (only been fitted a fortnight) and they happily sent me a replacement pad - been stuck fast for well over a year now.
