I spoke to a girl named Melissa in customer care as I noticed a significant part of my order was missing when it was showing as delibered. She was fantastic and kept me calm and reassured me that it would be dealt with. She found my order had been split and got me the information on said missing package and the tracking info. Very friendly and professional

I recently had to return an order that I split into 2 sperate returns. A New Look store employee did the returns for me using the returns portal. Unfortunately there was a mix-up with this and I only received a partial refund. I posed my query regarding the missing refund via the LiveChat and I was lucky enough to have Reanna help me. Reanna instantly identified the issue and helped instigate the refund for me. it was super quick and she was so helpful and pleasant! New Look customer service knock spots off some other retailers, especially with staff like Reanna!
