Neuw Denim – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I purchased jeans from NEUW's EU website, which displays prices in euros and advertises FREE shipping. The checkout process gave every impression this was an EU-based retailer. After ordering, I received an unexpected €42.21 import bill (28% of my purchase price) because the products actually ship from outside the EU. This crucial information was hidden away in their FAQ rather than disclosed during checkout. This is a classic dark pattern - making the website appear EU-based with European pricing while concealing significant additional costs until after purchase. Several other customers have reported the same issue. I strongly to avoid purchasing here unless you're willing to pay unexpected import duties and admin fees on top of the advertised price. The company should transparently disclose these fees during checkout as required by EU consumer protection laws.

Same experience as the person from Sweden above. I ordered from a shop in £GBP. It went through my order but nothing was mentioned about customs charges, just usual delivery costs. Now I have a big customs charge to pay. I would not have ordered had I known this. They should be clear about this at checkout, not hide it in FAQ's.

Gillar produkterna, men det är väldigt missvisande att ha en ”EU Shop” och tydligt framhäva gratis frakt på en order över x belopp. Dolt i leveranstexten kan man läsa att man får stå för tull/frakt. Tycker det är i gränslandet till bedrägligt. Dom borde kunna bättre.
