Netvue – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Always responsive, when I bought the package they responded with regards to the delivery. 6 months after the purchase my camera broke down. The chat service responded instantly, thereafter via email and in the end, after prooving the camera had really broken down, they refunded it. So I find this a reason to buy more items on their site. Btw, I am from Belgium so no issues receiving nor contacting the service help desk.

I have two Netvue products, their Birdfy bird feeder and their Birdfy nesting box. Both have well designed and well made hardware. They look good, especially the nesting box which is very elegant. The software is reliable. Their new app works great for both devices. I've enjoyed the feeder for several years now. Outside in the Southern California climate it's been fine, including very hot summers, and very wet winters. The birds love it. I put up the nesting box just this month, so no residents yet, but I think it will be great too. Customer service was excellent when I had a question. Recommended.

I was gifted a bamboo bird feeder for Christmas and instantly fell in love with it! It was easy to set up and the notifications are so cool to get. The bird identification is an added bonus and such a cool feature. Where Birdfy by Netvue really exceeded my expectations was when I posted about a bear destroying our feeder. They were so kind over social media and even replaced the feeder. I’m looking into the hummingbird feeder next! Best customer service and coolest product, cannot recommend them enough.

I had built my own bird house in February 2024 out of cedar wood from Home Depot, while it was fun building it, the quality wasn’t the best. After a couple of weeks we had a couple of western bluebirds that checked in and started building their nest in April. They layed 3 eggs, but to my disappointment, they abandoned the nest, not sure why. A couple of things we thought why was 1, the arlo camera I was using inside keeps taking videos with the lights on at 12 midnight every night and 2 our neighbors that just moved in started replacing tiles and I think the noise for at least a week may have bothered them. After 2 weeks, I had removed the eggs and replaced the house with the netvue birdfy with dual cameras. Now this birdhouse I think is bar none, the best of the best I could find online. The build quality and the materials used are top notch. From the packaging alone you can tell how well thought this product was made. The cameras were well placed and the apps used to install are really easy to do, it only took me 5 minutes and were off and running. The only thing that took awhile was charging the batteries. But that was the hardest part. lol.😂. With the different options in mounting, I used the brackets matching what’s already is in the back of the house it was the easiest and most secured way to mount on my 4x4 pole. It’s now been 5 days since and I can’t wait to see another couple of western bluebirds check in. The whole family is eager to see beautiful birds again.

I love my Birdfy feeder! To be able to get close up videos and photos of the birds is incredible. In the off-chance that a squirrel gets on it, I can push the ‘siren’ button on the app, and it scares them away. It’s very easy to install. I would highly recommend.
