There are very few companies that actually have a help desk and answer the phone! Neal’s Yard have an excellent customer service team, polite, helpful and efficient. I called them at around 10.30am as a product I had received had leaked. They asked me to send in some photos which I did and the next day I received a replacement. That’s what I call great customer service. Thank you to Emma and team for being on the ball, such a refreshing change! Will recommend and buy again because this really does make a difference to the customer. Thank you!

I have been using the rose range of facial products since 1998 and love it. I pride myself on using as natural products as possible and can not fault this range. The rose facial wash, rose toning water and the rose exfoliating facial wash all amazing. I have also used their day, night creams and eye creams. Highly recommend

I have used Neal's Yard several times. They have always been very efficient and the merchandise is a lovely treat as a present for my daughter. This last order was processed by Neal's Yard very promptly. However, I found a glass jar of bath salts had been shattered, the contents and shards of glass in the (very good!) packaging. The box had obviously been badly mishandled by the carrier. I e-mailed Neal's Yard about the problem and was lucky enough to be contacted by Sam by return. The money for the item has been refunded and a replacement is on its way - by another courier! Thank you. Customer care as it should be! Sheila Gray

Amazing customer service! My NY order was delivered to a neighbour (not requested by me) 10 doors away who contacted me via the local WhatsApp group to say that the parcel has been left outside her house in the rain, box opened & the contents stolen. I contacted Neil’s Yard immediately that night to let them know. Sam from NY responded early the next morning & said that she had re-sent the order & apologised on behalf of the delivery company. I’m writing this because in my experience it’s been very unusual to get such a positive/active response from a company so quickly. I’ve ordered from NY on a few occasions & have always received my order without any issues so it was so refreshing that when I didn’t it was responded to straight away & resolved. More companies should follow their example! Thank you Sam 😊
