I am so grateful and impressed with the customer service team for this business. I ordered a $300 signed basketball as a gift and the day this order was supposed to ship out to me. I discovered that it was 65% off on another website. I was honest with my findings when I called customer service and they kindly quickly and willingly worked as hard as they could to ensure that my order was canceled so that I could get the best price on my items, despite it not being directly through their site. I highly recommend this business and their professionalism is much appreciated!

Cristin gave me great help when the initial delivery was damaged. It is not how you do it when everything works well, but how you do it when things go awry. I had a framed picture arrive with a damaged frame. Expecting it would be a hassle I asked for a return and a replacement. Cristin emailed me asking for pictures, which I promptly provided and she arranged for a replacement and kept me constantly informed as it mades it way back to me. And it arrived in perfect shape.
