Natural Vitality – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

So I had two issues with this company. Previously had purchased their product in stores or through Amazon but it was no longer available via the latter except by resellers who were charging a lot. I had problems with their website behaving very strangely so I wrote to their support describing the issue. I kid you not, they replied EIGHT MONTHS with "our website is fine please try again" and then followed up with a survey email asking how their support did. I told them I couldn't seriously provide any feedback on a response that was EIGHT MONTHS late. A couple weeks after those initial website problems I was able to place an online order. They had a warning about shipments being possibly delayed. A couple weeks later I logged in to check on my order as I had not received any updates. My order had been cancelled and no notice (I check my spam folder) was sent. This company's IT (Information Technology) had some serious issues. Hopefully they have corrected them.
