Alfie and his colleagues at national tyres Horsham really are such lovely people! They have gone above and beyond sorting my cars the last couple of days. I just want to say thank you again and I hope your managers see this and give you all a pay rise! Excellent team and I’ll definitely be using them again/ referring them to any friends or family :)

Booked a home visit on June 5th for trye replacement, paid & received confirmation and advised someone would contact me when the fitter had my tyre to confirm fitting requested for June 10th. No further communications until I called the number on the e-mail confirming payment, was told they could not trace my order number or anything in my name, worrying as I'd paid almost £200. As I was talking the fitter turned up on my doorstep so they clearly did have my order. Fitter was told the order was for 3 new tyres (it was only 1) and he had two different sizes on his copy of the order ! Fitter was superb, friendly and fast and all resolved within 30 minutes. Processes need reviewing.

Quickly becoming my first stop garage for my Saab 9.3 Aero convertible . Nick was outstanding today helping to cure a disc pad issue with my car He diligently diagnosed and hopefully cured a disc pad that had become misaligned - through manufacturing fault

Called in this afternoon with a flat tyre from the family Fiat 500 Pop. We thought it had picked up a nail, or similar, but the team quickly established that a perished valve was a likely culprit. New valve added and tyre pumped up then tested in water bath for any other leaks, fortunately none found. The team turned this problem around in less that 15 minutes and then elected not to levy any charge! Thank you guys, you have just gained a new customer, with your super service, a brilliant attitude and a cheery smile.You more than deserve our 5 star review!
