Absolutely appalling customer service. Paid hundreds of pounds for a device that broke the second time I used it, and had an absolute nightmare sending it back. The promised to pay my postage but never refunded either. This is by far one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with and the products an absolute waste of money

Totally un professional company I bought what I thought was an excellent product after one use it burnt my skin sent it back and asked for a refund still waiting months later.

I had an issue and the Customer Service girls were great and they sorted it out in a Timely and professional manner. I recommend this Company for its beauty products. Thank you for your help
