Auftrag viel zu spät storniert

Auftrag wurde nach über einem Monat Wartezeit „aus internen Gründen“ am Tag der geplanten Lieferung storniert. Keinerlei Information vorab und nur auf Rückfrage hin überhaupt reagiert.

Rubbish delivery time, pieces missing

Puzzle took ages to be delivered. It arrived way after they said it would. I thought it had gotten lost. It looked good. I wrapped it up amd gifted it to my mum-in-law. She was delighted but she found that there were 15 pieces missing from the box. What a disappointment. When I complained they did refund the money, that's why I gave 2 stars instead of one. I won't ever be ordering from them again.
