Having bought 2 ClipSport mp3 players in the past I bought my daughter the ClipJam model. Unfortunately after a couple of months it stopped working. Necil, in the customer services dept, couldn't have been more helpful in recommending software solutions. It turned out that the enter button was not working so it was replaced. Brilliant service all round.
