Ordered the Hetty to replace my awful Russell Hobbs hoover which was less than 6 months old (lost suction after a couple of months and needed cleaned after every use!). My dad owned a Henry hoover and it lasted him nearly 33 years. So happy with my purchase, great price, easy to use. Arrived on time and delivered with care. Also comes with a free two year warranty. Highly recommend!!

A good offer for the Henry, free tools. One of the turbo brush tools was faulty of receiving it, but a replacement got sent out to me within a week. I see the power of the Henry from what is a 600W motor. So impressed with this part of it. Not sure I'm sold with the turbo brushes. They spin up the rotating brush but slow down when actually being moved on the carpet. Plus they seem to get clogged with hair and I end up cutting them out with a scissors. But I thought they were supposed to cope with hair!

Ordered late Monday night and it was dispatched the following morning and delivered Wednesday lunchtime! Really pleased, great little hoover
