Snap al die negatieve reviews niet. Ik werd voor een upgrade van software doorgelinkt naar MyCommerce. Kon direct het bestelformulier invullen en na goedkeuring van de betaling via Creditcard had ik per direct een aankoopcode die ik kon indienen bij mijn leverancier. Appeltje eitje. Mogelijk ligt het aan het specifieke aankoopproces of het wel of niet in een keer goed gaat? Dit ging in elk geval prima.

Lief alles glatt. Nach Bestellung und Paypal-Bezahlung erhielt ich keine Minute später Download-Link und Key. Der Download-Link ist allerdings nur vier Wochen gültig, man muss sich also etwas sputen. Bedenkt bitte, dass MyCommerce nur die Infrastruktur bereitstellt und nicht für die Software verantwortlich ist, die ihr downloaded.

MyCommerce is a payment provider for vendors selling mostly digital goods and services, such as software licenses. We have been working with them for many years and they are very reliable and trustworthy. You should only get to their web site from a vendor's site where you want to order something. Then they will process the payment. It's a payment service. Nothing wrong with it at all.

Software hat leider nicht so funktioniert wie gewünscht. Nachdem ich das Angebot der Firma, das Problem per Emailsupport zu lösen, nicht angenommen habe, wurde mir innerhalb ein paar Stunden das Geld für die Software auf mein Paypalkonto zurück überwiesen!!!
