Carpe – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

In order to get a discount code, subscribed to Carpe's emails at the beginning of March. Since then, I have received about 15 emails, even though I clicked "unsubscribe" after the 3rd one. Disrespectful!

Aangegeven dat ik mijn geld terug wil omdat de hand lotion voor mij niet goed genoeg werkt. Kreeg het bericht dat ik het nog een aantal weken moest proberen. En nu worden er ineens weer 2 tubes met handlotion opgestuurd en een bedrag van m’n creditcard gereserveerd. Op e-mail wordt niet meer gereageerd. Waardeloos bedrijf!

Have not received refund for faulty stick - no response from Carpe. Carpe as a product is okay - it should be stated that its formula is not a new idea - its 'secret' is aluminium - which makes it very overpriced. Having said that, I purchased this product and one of the sticks was faulty (it had solidified before arrival and couldn't be used) I made multiple attempts to have this addressed - the one response I received asked if I wanted a replacement - I responded immediately. Despite sending many follow up emails, I have not received a refund or replacement. It's for this reason I strongly discourage any prospective buyers from purchasing Carpe!
