Despite a long waiting time to get the purchased item, Music store sent our purchased item at a very reasonable price.

I bought a guitar and it had to travel halfway across Europe. The package was delivered on time and in perfect condition. The guitar itself is perfect,no damage or b-stock. Would buy from them again.

I ordered something on the “other” German music shop. Item was available after 2 weeks. After two weeks the delay become 7 weeks, then i deleted the order. I ordered the same on Music Store. In three days i had it in Italy. All perfect!

During my research I came across this website, and I must congratulate the speed of the delivery service. As for the product, the description was complete, and the packaging and tracking of the parcel were perfect. Very satisfied with my purchase

Great website -- easy to navigate and very informative. Ordering was easy, and tracking was provided. Prices are outstanding! Tracking was provided and communications were excellent. The shipment was delayed a few days by the shipping service (NOT the fault of Music Store!) -- follow up information was provided and the shipment make it to the USA with no further problems. HIGHLY recommended and will use them again.
