They answer everything once a week. They sent the wrong size. No apology or anything. Took me 3 weeks to get a refund after I told them I am going to the customer affairs. Give your stuff proper training, you are stealing people's money and time.

Order no 146073. I bought a pair of Artic sport boots. They fit perfectly and the best bit is how warm they keep my feet. I suffer with Reynaud's disease. Every winter is a very painful experience normally. But the boots are brilliant and so warm.
