At last, I'm wearing the right shoes for my high instep but Casual lace-up trainers that I bought are still too narrow for my feet. All my life, first my mum then myself in my adulthood, had problems with buying me the right shoes. And they were NEVER right (apart from flip flops and sandals). My feet are size 3, wide (E), high instep. As I said, apart from flip flops and sandals, I had to buy shoes in size 5 or even 6!!! Forget the wellies.I just couldn't get my feet in. As a result I have squashed little toes on both my feet, which is irreversible, and off course bunions (very mild, but still), so it is very important to me to finally find the perfect shoes for my feet and stick to them. Your shoes are beautiful. The box is beautiful! I've got extra shoelaces in different colour and it arrived earlier than expected, but the ones I bought are still too narrow. Such a shame... I'd like to add that I have noticed a note on your website that some of your shoes are in wide (E) fit and you do have a "Wide Fit Shoes" department, so I will definitely check that out. Mosulu have a range of beautifully made boots and shoes. They are as exquisite on the inside as they are on the outside. I have spent a miserable few years searching for womens wide fit size 43 shoes. Moshulu has come to my rescue and I am so happy😊. I first bought a pair of biker boots in purple and was so impressed that I quickly bought a pair of cloggs and a pair of Mary-Jane suede shoes in a heavenly deep rose pink. They all fit wonderfully. I'd love a pair of the Mary-Jane heels that don't seem to go up to the size 43 🙏. I like that the shoes are designed in Devon and manufactured in Europe and India.

This is the most reliable company I've ever come across. They're personable and lovely. If you have a problem you will definitely speak to a person in the UK and your email will be replied to the following day. They're professional and everything you'd want from a service customer. And their shoes, boots and slippers are of the best possible quality - beautiful and they'll last you a lifetime. I wish there were more shops like yours in every department! Hugely grateful to have found you in Tenby, and then online. My only suggestion to you is to make shoes/boots for people with bunions. Wide toe box shoes. You'd have my undying gratitude then!! Excellent customer service. I purchased a pair of boots which unfortunately were too small. I returned them hoping for an exchange, despite the larger size not being available on the website. However within a couple of days I received an email to say a new pair were on the way. They fit beautifully. Thank you.
