Morrisons – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

A huge thank you for incredible service My son is a police officer and ended up late at the station he missed his driver delivery from Martin and after I rang I spoke to a wonderful lady who contacted the driver he then came back a lot later than booked to deliver his shopping a huge thank you for going above and beyond and a very thankful son.

Pleasantly surprised weekly shop at Houghton store food reasonably priced as is cafe food .Only issues Aircon was on on a cold day and cafe out if some items eg orange juice.

Stopped using another supermarket online service (starting with T) as the customer service was awful - Morrison's is slightly more expensive but the drivers are polite and the food is much better quality. They also respond if you have any issues. Thank you!

I had surgery 17 days ago and I'm not allowed to bend so delivery driver from 026 North Road unpacked delivery baskets for me into my shopping bags as my daughter was not home at the time. Excellent customer service 👏

I enjoy shopping at Morrisons esp the shop in Wells but I do think that the points system could be improved. I received 100 points for buying 5 x jam doughnuts which are really not healthy and nothing for all the salads I bought. I do think that customers should be encouraged to buy healthy foods and be rewarded accordingly.,
