The quality of the double zip bag I ordered is beyond my expectation. The leather is of great quality and it’s value for money. Their customer service is also amazing. I changed my mind with the color after I placed the order and they were able to change it for me quickly.

People are not in HK Do NOT buy anything from this website. I am so so disappointed about my purchase. I ordered a black crescent bag online and it came so late, much much delay than my order from mytheresa.com. More worse, there is missing part - I didn’t receive the short strap which that’s why I ordered the bag. The longer strap is not suitable at all, it looks ugly though. I requested a return and turn out they will charge 15% restocking fee, they will charge the shipping fee for return also. Overall this company is NOT friendly to customer at all. I would never buy anything from this website and Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone!!!

I am so pleased with my purchase of the Double Zip Bag. The quality is exceptional, from the luxurious leather to the fine craftsmanship. A lot of attention to detail went into making this bag.
